Bobby Banned’s just a regular guy on the internet. He’s also a cowboy commentator. And, he hasn’t just come up with a new album—he’s got a whole new genre: talk radio in a country song.
Talk radio meets country music? Yep. Each of Bobby’s tunes could easily be unpacked into a three-hour discussion. Some of them could go on for days. That kind of substance doesn’t really exist in today’s music. For way too long, the music industry has either steered clear of controversy like cowards or towed the party line like political hacks. The result has generally been songs that are utter milquetoast or songs that at least half of us reject.
Bobby Banned, on the other hand, just tells it like it is. He represents millions of everyday people who just want to be heard. Bobby’s tunes drive home the point that there are still folks who love their country, flag, and fellow human beings. It’s all about patriotism, common sense, traditional values, and not being sheep. A lot of mainstream artists wish they had the guts or the ability to say the things that he says.
Bobby’s bringing his message to the world on a budget that’s pretty much zero. So, these aren’t high-quality recordings and they certainly aren’t high-quality video productions (yet). But, his concept is most definitely top-notch.
